How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping within the United States generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Does the protein contain caffeine?
Our tea-based flavors (like Milk Tea or Matcha) do contain natural caffeine derived from real tea leaves. However, we also offer caffeine-free options like Taro for those looking to enjoy a shake later in the day.
What is your return policy?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to discuss potential solutions or replacements.
Are your products gluten-free and lactose-free?
All of our protein powders are gluten-free. While we use Whey Protein Isolate—which contains significantly less lactose than concentrate—it is still a dairy product. We recommend those with severe lactose intolerance start with a small serving.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, the UK, and Australia. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
